An interesting presentation on using data to evaluate and prioritize by Dan McKinley, based on his work at Etsy. A couple of slides focus in on something that has been on my mind lately: at what points in the design process do we evaluate the idea or reason behind what we're doing, and when do we evaluate the quality of what we're doing.
